Reflexology (Zone Therapy)

The Therapist applies manual thumb pressure to manipulate specific pressure points on your feet or your hands in order to relieve symptoms to stimulate the natural healing processes of the body. Apart from the treatment being very relaxing reflexology is helpful for alleviating stress, anxiety, insomnia, migraine, asthma, sinusitis, eczema, wound healing, back pain, PMS and other menstrual problems, infertility, constipation, and general pain relief,

Reflexology is a very relaxing treatment which takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour £20.00

Hopi Ear Candles - ~Also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy is a very gentle relaxing treatment.

The candles are thin hollow tubes made of natural ingredients, flax, beeswax, honey extracts, sage, St Johns Wort, chamomile, beta-carotene and organically grown flax. The candles work on a chimney principle, drawing any impurities to the surface where they are deposited in the base of the candle, then removed with the candle itself.

Though results may vary from client to client, Hopi Ear Candles can be helpful with:

Excessive or compacted wax in the ears, sinus discomfort, headaches, migraine, noises in the ears, ringing, tinnitus. Treatments takes approximately 45 - 50 minutes £14.00

Please Note - treatments should not be undertaken if you suffer from the following conditions:-

Perforation or lack of eardrum, ventilation tubes - auricular drains or grommets, ear surgery, acute mastoiditis (inflammation), Otosclerosis (spongy bone), Otospongiosis (fusion of bone),

ear tumour.
